Booking PolicyDelivering the best services to you is our priority. To book an appointment please use our online booking system or call the salon at 817-668-6001. If you call to book an appointment outside of business hours please leave a voicemail and we will get back with you by the next business day. Services will require a deposit fee of 50% of the service in order to book , which will be apply to your service. We do accept walk-in appointments as long as we have a stylist available to serve you. We accept credit cards and Zelle as the payment method in the salon.No Cash payments allowed.

Cancellation PolicyIf you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you must call the salon within business hours and speak with a person or reschedule online at least 24 hours before your appointment. DM’s, voicemails is not suffice for a cancellation. However, providing less than a 24 hours' notice a cancellation fee will be applied. The cancellation fee is the amount of the deposit paid for the service (50%). All clients with cards on file or the card used for the deposit will be the method of payment charged. If the payment is declined, the cancellation fee will be applied to the clients account and the cancellation fee will have to be paid at time of booking next appointment.

Late Arrival PolicyWe've set aside dedicated time for your appointment, so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we can chose to reschedule your appointment, and the full fee of the service will still apply. If you are running late for your appointment please give the salon a call. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated for your appointment.

No-Show PolicyYou will be considered a no-show if you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice or arriving excessively late beyond the grace period (15 minutes). A No-Show fee will apply. If you paid a deposit for a service, it will be forfeited and applied towards the No-Show fee. All clients with cards on file or the card used for the deposit will be the method of payment charged. If the payment is declined, the cancellation fee will be applied to the clients account and the cancellation fee will have to be paid at time of booking next appointment.

Emergency SituationsAllow for exceptions in case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the cancellation or no-show fees might be waived, showing understanding and compassion towards the client's situation.

Refund Policy1. Services received cannot be refunded. We will gladly adjust any service you receive within three (3) days of your appointment. If you are not satisfied with the work performed, please return to the salon, so your hair or spa service received can be visually inspected. At that time, we will make every effort to correct any problems to your satisfaction by rescheduling you another appointment at no additional charge to you. 2. Refunds for products purchased will only be considered if presented within seven (7) days of purchase. Products can only be refunded if unused and in its original packaging with a restocking fee of $10.00. If a product is opened or used, it is non-refundable. For all product refunds, a receipt is necessary. 3. Memberships fees are non-refundable. Automatic payments are taken out every month on the same day and clients have the right to cancel their memberships when they chose too. Any credits received at the time of cancellation will remain on the account for the client to use within the current year. This also includes any roll-over credits from previous months that is on the clients account.

Privacy PolicyAt Essentials Beauty & Day Spa we take privacy very seriously. Only employees with traceable logins have access to your appointments, contact information, consultation forms, health history or payment history information. Your information is never sold or shared and is always kept private for your protection. It will not be misused or shared outside of the organization. Your contact information is required in order for the salon to clearly communicate appointment details and reminders, product and marketing initiatives, and business announcements. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in providing us with the information we need to best serve you.

Right to Refuse ServiceEssentials Beauty & Day Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our team.

Children AppointmentsWe aim to create a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable environment for all of our clients. For the safety and comfort of both our clients and their children, we have established the following guidelines regarding children in the salon: Children’s Supervision: All children must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times. We do not provide childcare services, so children must remain with the responsible adult during their visit. Safety Considerations: Due to the nature of the services provided, children must not run or play in the salon area. Please ensure that your child is seated and engaged in a quiet activity while you enjoy your service. Space Limitations: For the comfort of all guests, we ask that children refrain from using any salon equipment or services unless they are scheduled for an appointment. Waiting Area: If you are bringing a child with you, please be aware that we have designated waiting areas. However, depending on salon occupancy, seating may be limited, and children must be seated with their adult at all times.
